Don't worry, it can be really confusing if you've never heard of it before. You've probably heard of acupuncture, where they use nerve endings in the body to manipulate the way the body works. Foot Zoning is very similar. Every organ, system, and part of the body has endings on the foot- I use my hands and occasionally tools to activate those points, or "signals" as you'll hear me call them. I've been trained to be able to tell when there's something wrong, or blocking a signal. When that's the case, I am able to remove the block to allow the body to heal and balance itself more effectively.

It's not quite like a massage. While some parts of the Zone can be gentle and relaxing, if there is a block in a signal, it may be uncomfortable as I release it.

Currently, Foot Zoning is the only treatment I offer. However, my Zone includes a lot of extras that make it a pretty comprehensive treatment.

When I arrive at your house, we'll start by getting settled in and talking about your goals for the Zone. If it's a first appointment, I'll have you fill out my intake paperwork and go over what you should expect from a Zone. That includes benefits, side effects (you might feel tired after so much body work), my reccomended frequency of treatment, and other important information. From there, we'll move into the actual treatment where we'll work on your goals and any other blocks I find. During your treatment, I may reference books, take notes, apply essential oils to your feet, or offer suggestions for other alternative therapies or practices I think would benefit you. After your treatment, we'll go over what I found, and I'll leave you with a copy of any reccomendations I have, whether that is supplements, essential oils, crystals, other therapies, or books.

My standard reccomendation is 3 treatments, but it's different for everyone! At the end of your first appointment, we'll talk about how many Zones I think it will take to acheive your goals. You don't have to follow my reccomendations, but you will notice the most benefit from your treatment if you do.

There's a few answers to this question! 1. I offer the most advanced Zone in the US! I certified with a school that is constantly adding new signals, new techniques, and new information. That makes for a much better treatment for you- And a lot of extra training for me. Advanced training can be expensive and time consuming, so I price my Zones according to my level of knowledge and experience. 2. I don't upcharge for any of the products I use during my Zones, the personalised reccomendations I leave with you, or for travel time and fuel, like most traveling therapists do. The price of your Zone includes the price of the essential oils I use on you, and any samples I leave with you, which could add up to $50 if I chose to charge separately. 3. This is my job. I love what I do, and I love helping people, but I also need to buy food for my cat and pay for heat in my house. Trust me, I'm not sitting on piles of gold and laughing maniacally as I clap my diamond clad hands in glee. Even if I did have piles of gold, I'm much too busy filing paperwork, answering your questions, or increasing my holistic health knowledge to sit down anywhere.

If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance there is no charge. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance, you will need to pay half of the full price of the treatment before you can schedule another appointment.
